1st steps
Our 1st step was a feasibility study which was completed in 2016. What did we find? In a nutshell, Waukee can support a stand alone indoor basketball complex. Not only can it be supported, it is in high demand.

For several years plans have been coming together to find the land & design the ideal facility in Waukee. We continue to make progress all the time.
